I am the founder of Therapy Uninterrupted, where our focus is on providing exceptional and uninterrupted care from day one and beyond.
What makes me stand out as a therapist is my focus on your well-being in a holistic way. Coming from an anti-oppressive lens, I practice with the values of dignity, diversity, and self-empowerment at the forefront. I highly value honesty, collaboration, respect, and empathy, all of which are evident in the way I approach our sessions. My hope is that all clients can reach their self-identified goals within a supportive, empathetic, and therapeutic relationship.

In working with clinicians, my goal is to make sure that every therapist feels competent, capable, and supported. An empowered clinician is one who can provide quality work with clients, and it is my mission to ensure that this becomes standard practice.
Therapists with Therapy Uninterrupted are registered with the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program and with the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) for certain groups of people in Canada. Please check with the relevant agencies to see if you qualify for mental health coverage through these programs, or follow the links provided in this paragraph accordingly.
