In over 15 years of working with clients, I've collected all the tools, exercises, and experiments that I have been successfully using with my clients that actually "move the needle".

 

My course will give you the "user manual" for your fears, insecurities, and hopes - the kind of insight that finally gives you real access to the changes you’ve been wanting to make.

Life is hard. We get that. As a therapist, I see clients come into my office truly struggling and missing out on so much of their life because of ways they stay stuck. I want to show you how to start to listen to your Inner Compass and find a path that truly works for you, together with others who are feeling similarly.

• True self-care techniques (that aren't just bubble baths)

• Ways to actually accept yourself as you are

• How to understand your wants and needs

• How to understand your emotions and feelings, and what to do about them

• New ways to navigate friendships and relationships

• Techniques to argue better and set reasonable boundaries

• Ways to stop people pleasing and seeking external validation

• How to find and work with your inner child and inner parent

• Acceptance of your sexuality and body image

• Ways to acknowledge and integrate your achievements (celebrating you!)

Dates: 9 two-hour meetings, weekly on Thursdays, 6-8pm, January 28th to March 25th
