Living with constant anxiety can often feel like running a marathon without a finish line in sight. You might find yourself trapped in loops of overthinking, speaking with an unyielding inner critic, constantly striving for perfection, or navigating major life transitions while trying to keep it all together and under control. Beneath the surface, it’s exhausting to feel like you’re constantly managing life rather than actually living it.

I specialize in working with adults and young adults who are ready to lay down that burden. My practice is designed for those who want to take a break from unhelpful thoughts and behaviours of stress and self-doubt and step into the version of themselves they truly deserve.

My Approach

Effective therapy requires a balance of a deeply compassionate connection paired with structured and practical tools that help clients move towards their goals.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) within a strengths-based framework, I help you make sense of what is happening beneath your anxiety. Together, we identify unhelpful thought loops, build practical coping strategies, and practice actionable skill-building all the while maintaining complete acceptance for where you are right now. My goal isn’t to “fix” who you are (because you’re not broken!), but to give you the resources to trust yourself and move forward with clarity.

Starting therapy shouldn’t feel like adding another high-stakes task to your to-do list. From our first session, we collaborate on goals at a pace that honours your capacity. As a Master of Social Work intern practicing under clinical supervision, I bring fresh, evidence-based insight and dedicated focus to every step of your care.

If you are looking for a grounded space to catch your breath and to step into a more peaceful relationship with yourself, I invite you to reach out to book your first session. Let’s explore how we can work together.

*Note: All of my services are supervised by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and our Clinic Director, Haley Moore, while I complete my Masters-level education to provide psychotherapy services.
