Join a supportive community of therapists and get practical tools to navigate the early stages of your professional identity. This group supervision workshop series has been carefully designed for new and emerging therapists who are ready to build a strong foundation for private practice. Each session, run by two licenced therapists with over 20 years of combined experience, we’ll have space for two case consultations from the group and will cover an essential topic to help you grow a sustainable, ethical, and authentic practice while becoming a more confident therapist each step of the way. You'll connect with peers, gain practical  and essential skills and tools, and explore your unique identity as a clinician. Whether you're just starting out or refining your path, this workshop equips you with the skills and confidence you need to thrive!​

 

Each session, we’ll explore two case consultations and an essential supervision topic to help you grow a sustainable, ethical, and authentic practice.

Who It's For:
Pre-licensed or recently licensed therapists looking to build a solid foundation for private practice within a small and supportive group format (4-8 therapists maximum). Therapists will work with other newer clinicians in the same boat and will have the chance to build networking connections with therapists across Ontario! (Note: This workshop can count towards required group supervision hours for CRPO credentialing)

Format: Virtually Weekly via Zoom

Dates of the Program:

Winter Cohort 2026: Starting Thursdays, January 15th - February 19th, 6-8pm ​
Cost: $500 per person ($250 due upon registration and $250 due by the 3rd session)
Facilitators: Volha Shelepava, Registered Psychotherapist (RP) & Haley Moore, Registered Social Worker (RSW), both Clinical Supervisors with close to 25 years of combined experience
