Group Therapy & Workshops
Therapy Uninterrupted offers Group Therapy formats and Group Workshops on selective topics that our clinicians find to be cross-cutting within our clientele. We create programming and workshops to meet the needs of our clients and the wider community at a lower price, while reaching more clients in need at one time.

Therapist Toolkit: What Every New Therapist Needs to Know
​A 6 Week Group Supervision Workshop Series for Emerging Therapists
​This series is made for new therapists! Join a supportive community of new therapists to explore hands-on ways of intervening with common client presentations and get practical tools to navigate the early internal hangups of your professional journey. Each session, we’ll have space for two case consultations from the group and will cover an essential topic to help you grow a sustainable, ethical, and authentic practice while becoming a more confident therapist each step of the way.

Dates of the Program:
Round One - Fall 2025: Starting Wednesdays, October 22nd - November 26th, 6-8pm
Round Two - Winter 2026: Starting Thursdays, January 15th - February 19th, 6-8pm
Cost: $500 per therapist

Self-Love 101
​Building Self-Love Workshop Series
​This evidence-based online 6-week workshop utilizes a unique approach to help adults start to learn the foundational skills needed to build self-confidence, improve self-esteem, learn more about who you truly are, and increase compassion for yourself.

Format: Virtually via Zoom, Weekly 90-minute sessions
Date: TBD (based on interest*)
Cost: $500 per person

Therapy Uninterrupted offers services to individuals who are currently residing in Ontario and physically present in Ontario at the time of the session. Online services allow for sessions to take place online from any city or town in Ontario. Most extended benefits/insurance plans cover services provided by Registered Social Workers (RSW) with a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) and services provided by Registered Psychotherapists (RP). Group services are often included in coverage options with most benefit plans. Please check with your insurance company if you have any questions about your coverage.
