Do you feel like you're high-functioning on the outside, but internally you feel stuck, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted? If this resonates, you're not alone.

I support adults and young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem, and/or identity-related challenges. Many of my clients have spent years masking their struggles or feeling like they don’t fully belong, whether because of neurodivergence, cultural displacement, grief, or gender and sexual identity.

As someone who has walked through these challenges myself living with ADHD, navigating grief, and growing up between cultures, I understand how isolating it can feel. I help clients slow down, reconnect with their inner world, and build a life that aligns with who they really are not who they think they’re supposed to be.

My approach is humanistic and warm, grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). That means our work together is both compassionate and practical. We’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity, not judgment, at your own pace, in a way that feels right for you.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you reconnect with your values, build emotional resilience, and start living a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

If my approach resonates with you, reach out to book a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
