Couple's Counselling & Psychotherapy
Our focus in couple's counselling is on enhancing communication and openness between partners. At Therapy Uninterrupted, we facilitate a safe and empathetic space for both individuals to share, participate, and feel heard. This collaborative process allows for a deeper understanding and growth within the relationship. Although couples therapy is often done with romantic partners, these sessions are also open to other dynamics as well (i.e. Parent-child relationships, roommates, siblings, etc.).
Couples work is focused on, yet not limited to, the following general topics:
- Improving communication and trust
- Understanding complex backgrounds and perspectives of both parties
- Creating a safe space to tell stories
- Enhancing skills in respectful confrontation and boundary setting
- Exploring repetitive patterns, recurring tensions, and ongoing rifts in the relationship
Fees
At Therapy Uninterrupted, we have three levels of clinicians for the greatest accessibility possible. All fees are inclusive of any HST charges. Of note, most therapy services are HST exempt.

Therapy Uninterrupted offers services to individuals who are currently residing in Ontario and physically present in Ontario at the time of the session. Online services allow for sessions to take place online from any city or town in Ontario. Most extended benefits/insurance plans cover services provided by Registered Social Workers (RSW) with a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) and services provided by Registered Psychotherapists (RP). Please check with your insurance company if you have any questions about your coverage.
