Making a decision about who to work with in your mental health journey is so personal. We know how hard it can be to choose, and that's why we provide a free 15-minute phone consultation to all new clients and clinicians seeking services to allow for an opportunity to see if we are a good match. If you are school-aged and above the age of 13, a parent of a school-aged child, or a teacher/school staff, you can also access free Empowering & Practical Mental Health Training through Wellness Together and find free resources through Anxiety Canada.

If you are a youth aged 13-24 living in Ontario, you may be eligible for free mental health support through Wellness & Emotional Support for Youth Online

If you are interested in accessing peer support from an anonymous online community, you may want to look into the TogetherAll community. 

​
