4-Month Group Supervision for Emerging Therapists

This series is made for new new and emerging therapists in Ontario (all designations welcome, including RPs, RPQs, RSWs, student therapists, OTs and RNs practicing psychotherapy) who want practical skills and a supportive space to grow into their professional identity. ! Join a supportive community of new therapists to explore hands-on ways of intervening with common client presentations and get practical tools to navigate the early internal hangups of your professional journey.
Format: Virtually via Zoom
Dates of the Program:
Spring/Summer 2026 Cohort: Wednesdays, May 13th, June 10th, July 8th & August 5th, 10am-12pm EST
Cost: $75 per session ($300 per therapist)

Clinical supervision is available to pre-licenced or fully licenced clinicians in Ontario who are willingly choosing to seek out consultation with an experienced therapist for the purpose of professional growth, support, learning, and accountability.
Supervision is offered one-on-one, in dyads, and in group settings via our Therapist Toolkit Group (subject to availability).
Supervision is focused on, yet not limited to, the following general topics:
- Deconstructing and analyzing clinical cases
- Discussing issues of transference and counter-transference
- Reviewing therapeutic orientations and interventions
- Supporting in understanding the impact of ethics, use of self-disclosure, codes of conduct, regulations, and legal parameters in private practice

Administrative Supervision
Administrative supervision is available to fully licenced clinicians who are in the process of creating an independent or group private practice and would like support with the business/administrative aspects of this journey.* Supervision is only offered one-on-one so that advice and guidance can be tailored to your specific situation and goals.
Administrative supervision is focused on, yet not limited to, the following general topics:
- Understanding the building blocks to creating a viable private practice, either a sole proprietorship or corporate group practice, including but not limited to an operating software, banking and accounting requirements, and governmental requirements to register a business
- Understanding the requirements to meet regulatory standards in Ontario
- Building onboarding procedures for a growing team of therapists
- Creating a consistent process for clients within your private practice
- Understanding marketing and advertising needs and implementing sustainable practices to obtain clients
