Your journey is sacred, and therapy is a place where you don’t have to explore it alone.
I work with clients living with PTSD or C-PTSD, as well as those who may not have a formal diagnosis but are navigating the lingering impact of painful or overwhelming experiences. I gravitate toward supporting people working through grief, trauma, narcissistic abuse and recovery, men’s issues, major life transitions, and LGBTQ+ experiences. Because no two people are the same, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach – we’ll work together to uncover the answers you already carry within you.
With a background in nursing, chaplaincy, psychotherapy, and theology, I bring a warm, grounded, and down-to-earth approach to our time together. My priority is creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and safe enough to share what you’re going through — and to help you navigate your situation in a way that helps you discover what’s possible on the other side of it.
My academic path (Master of Divinity, Master of Pastoral Studies, Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and my years in mental health settings, spiritual care, hospital contexts, and faith-based communities have shaped me to accompany people through deep questioning, grief, healing, and change. I am also a Certified Trauma Professional, which means I support people who have experienced trauma in many forms.
In my own life, I’ve known setbacks, disappointments, trauma, and detours — some of my own making, and others well outside my control. What I’ve learned is that the inner work never ends, and that staying with the process can make a real difference over time. That belief shapes my approach: a collaborative journey we walk together in relationship and connection — one insight at a time.
“In the end, everything turns out right. If it hasn't turned out right, it's because the end hasn't arrived yet.”
- Fernando Sabino, O Tabuleiro de Damas, 1988.
