Services offered in English and Farsi
Do you find yourself feeling mentally overloaded, uncertain about your next steps, or pulled in different directions by expectations around you? Many people experience tension between who they are expected to be and what feels authentic to them. When this inner conflict builds, it can affect emotional wellbeing, decision-making, and self-confidence. Therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin untangling these experiences with greater clarity and steadiness.
My approach to therapy is grounded in collaboration and respect for your individual experience. Rather than following a fixed model, our work is shaped by your goals, needs, and pace. I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment, with regular check-ins to ensure therapy remains intentional, flexible, and aligned with what matters most to you.
I work with adults and adolescents navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, identity exploration, relationships, life and career transitions, and separation or breakups. I also support individuals experiencing ADHD-related challenges or neurodivergence. My work integrates mindfulness-based approaches, ACT, IFS, EFT, and CBT. Sessions are offered in English and Farsi, and I provide a free 15-minute video consultation to all new clients. If my approach resonates with you, please reach out to book your free consultation to see if we're a good fit.
*Note: All of my services are supervised by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and our Clinic Director, Haley Moore, while I complete my Masters-level education to provide psychotherapy services.
