The Good Enough Therapist Toolkit

Virtual group supervision workshop series for emerging therapists.

The Good Enough Therapist Toolkit: Moving from

Self-Doubt to Empowerment

A 4-Month Virtual Supervision Series for New & Emerging Therapists

Build confidence. Grow community. Trust yourself.

Starting your work as a therapist can feel overwhelming - self-doubt, imposter syndrome, tricky cases, and the pressure to “do it right” can creep in fast. You don’t have to navigate that alone.

Join our warm, non-judgemental, and supportive supervision community to navigate the early internal hangups of your professional journey. The goal of our supervision program is to share insecurities and imperfections to help each therapist find their strengths to thrive in their practice. Each session, we’ll have space for case consultations from the group and will cover essential topics to help you grow a sustainable, ethical, and authentic practice while becoming a more confident therapist each step of the way. Our virtual group supervision program is designed for new and emerging therapists in Ontario (all designations welcome, including RPs, RPQs, RSWs, student therapists, OTs and RNs practicing psychotherapy) who want practical skills and a supportive space to grow into their professional identity.

Led by a seasoned clinician with more than 15 years of therapy experience, this group offers an environment where you can bring your real questions, uncertainties, and cases and leave with greater clarity and confidence. You don’t have to be perfect to be effective. In fact, you can’t be effective if you are perfect! Join us to start the search for your unique therapeutic style and qualities that would make you stand out.

Note: This workshop counts towards required group supervision hours for CRPO credentialing if applicable.
