Join us for a practical and empowering group workshop where you’ll learn how to support your body and mind through food, mindset, optional supplements, and simple lifestyle shifts. We’ll explore the root causes of stress, winter blues, and burnout, and what it takes to truly heal—not just cope.

Who It's For:
Any adult in Ontario who feels that their stress and low mood in the Winter is impacting their well-being and ability to thrive and who wants to learn new skills within a small and supportive group format (4-8 clients max). Clients who are actively suicidal or experiencing clinical levels of depression or anxiety are not suitable for this group format and are encouraged to seek individual therapy supports or go to their nearest emergency room.
Format: Virtually via Zoom (link to be provided at registration)
Date: Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, 6:00pm-7:30pm
Cost: $60 per person
Facilitators: Alexis Tanner, Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) & Haley Moore, Registered Social Worker (RSW)

Every client who joins our group workshop will need to fill out an intake form and provide payment to secure their spot.
