Why Am I Interested in the Therapy World?

My interest in the therapy world comes from my genuine curiosity about people and what shapes the way we think, feel, and experience the world around us. I have always been someone who enjoys helping others and creating a space where people feel supported, which naturally led me to develop a strong interest in psychology and mental health.

As I continue my studies in psychology, I have become increasingly interested in the role therapy can play in helping people understand themselves, work through challenges, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I find it incredibly rewarding to learn about the different experiences people have and the many ways psychological support can make a difference.
